M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), visited the Çarşamba Chamber of Commerce and Industry and spoke with Council Members. Hisarcıklıoğlu listened to the troubles and demands of Council Members during the visit.
