M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), attended the Kazakhstan-Turkey Business Representatives Meeting.

Hisarcıklıoğlu addressed Kazakhstan's business community at the meeting, which was attended by Vice President Fuat Oktay and Kazakhstan's President Kasim Cömert Tokayev.
