With the decision taken by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Council, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded an honorary fellow townsman certificate.

The fellow townsman honor was presented to Hisarcıklıoğlu by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir at a ceremony held in the municipality.

Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked him for the fellow townsman honor given to him and said that it was a great honor to a fellow townsman of Samsun.
