The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening ceremony of TOBB - TMO Agriculture Products Licensed Warehousing Industry and Commerce Co Inc (Lidaş) Çorum Branch.

In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they have undertaken a great endeavor together with the Commodity Exchanges to support agriculture.

Stating that in licensed warehouses, products are stored hygienically and safely, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Agricultural trade becomes easier. The income of the agricultural producer increases. It also provides security of supply for the industrialist.”

Pointing out that the agriculture, food and livestock sector are the most strategic sectors of the world, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that those who invest in this field will win, and that as Turkey, it is necessary to know the value of this geography. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Çorum agriculture will develop with the help of licensed warehousing.
