The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President and TOBB ETU Board of Trustees Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the students of TOBB ETU Tashkent University International Entrepreneurship and E-Commerce department, who will spend a semester of their university education in Ankara.
