The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Rize Mayor Rahmi Metin at his office together with TOBB Board of Directors Members. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mayor Metin with the book "Turks in the First World War" published by TOBB.
