The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Çorlu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and attended the opening of Çorlu CCI Arbitration and Mediation Center.
In his speech at the opening, Hisarcıklıoğlu
emphasized that as TOBB and the Chamber-Commodity Exchange community, are at
the service of the business world in arbitration and mediation and wished the
Center, which was implemented to provide services to the Çorlu business world
in commercial and consumer disputes, to be auspicious. Hisarcıklıoğlu also
exchanged views with Çorlu CCI President İzzet Volkan and the business world. Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the opening
of the Arbitration and Mediation Center, said that business people who have
problems should use the center.
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu
continued as follows: “When those who have problems come to this arbitration
center, two merchants choose their own representatives. If these two deputies
agree, there is no problem. If they disagree, the two agree and choose a third
person. Three people come together and make the decision. How long in three
months. So what's the cost here? Fifty percent of the cost paid in the courts.
So the cost is falling. The problem is solved within three months. It is the
same as the decision of the judge who decides in this court. For this reason, I
say that I would like to thank the administration and the assembly for being
instrumental in such a good deed. Use this place. This place is there for
you."
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that young people are
important for them.
Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they have been trying
for vocational training for years, “But they did not make us have a say. I have
been trying for years to ensure that the business world has a say in vocational
education. Currently, 117 vocational high schools are patronized by my chamber
exchanges in Turkey.”
Stating that one of them is the vocational
high school in Çorlu, Hisarcıklıoğlu said: “When you were going to the
vocational high school with 60 percent occupancy, you took the patronage. You
have achieved one hundred percent occupancy rate. What do we grow here? We
train intermediate staff. Who do we grow it for? We train our members. In other
words, the door to work is already open to the men who say 'is there a job for
me'. The industry is here.”
Çorlu CCI President İzzet Volkan presented a gift
to Hisarcıklıoğlu. Ergene Mayor Rasim Yüksel also gave watermelons to
Hisarcıklıoğlu.
