The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, as the President of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

Hisarcıklıoğlu also visited Uzbekistan during the Samarkand program. He also had a one-on-one meeting with the Minister of Sports Dr. Ethem Ikramov.
