Mardin Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Hatip Çelik and Assembly President Sabahattin Evrensel visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office with their delegation.

At the reception, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu wished success for the new term efforts and conveyed his good wishes.

In his statement after the visit, Hatip Çelik said: “We’ve had a good election process. Our fieldwork was very good. Our biggest advantage is that our President is loved in our region greatly. There was a sectoral and serious teamwork. Our election consisted of 10 committees. We got 8 of the 10 committees. It was a nice success. We entered as 3 candidates. Most democratic; it has been missed for years, which is by no means unpleasant.

Today, our first meeting was with our Rifat President. It was a warm welcome beyond what we expected. It both gave us confidence and showed us how justified our fight was. We had both demands and requests. We will have services related to our country in both industrial, cultural and social fields. It went well. We are a very lucky chamber representative. We will do our best to keep our Chairman in the position until the end. Loved not only in one region, but in all seven regions, even though we are in the most remote corner of our country in my own region, our endless support will continue because we know that the love, interest and expectation of our Rifat President is high.”
