The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visits the earthquake site with the Heads of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Hisarcıklıoğlu was accompanied by HAK-İŞ President Mahmut Arslan, MEMUR-SEN President Ali Yalçın, TESK President Bendevi Palandöken, TÜRK-İŞ President Ergün Atalay, TİSK President Özgür Burak Akkol, Turkey KAMU-SEN President Önder Kahveci, TOBB Board of Directors Members and Chamber-Commodity Exchange Presidents.

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they took action from the first moment they received the sad news, underlining that they continued to quickly dispatch the most basic and urgent supplies to the region. Stating that they are facing one of the most severe and painful disasters in the history of the Republic, the TOBB President said, “We can come out of these difficult days with unity and solidarity. Whatever we can do as the Turkish business world, no one should doubt that we will do it.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu and his companions, who will start their investigations in the earthquake region from Osmaniye, will visit many locations and make examinations.
