Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the students and teachers of Çorum Şehit Emin Güner Vocational Technical Anatolian High School, the project school of MEB-TOBB-TOBB ETÜ Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol, which ranked 5th in TEKNOFEST2023 Inter-High School Electric Vehicle Category.
