The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu made an assessment of the second round of the Presidential Election. Hisarcıklıoğlu included the following views in his message:
“I congratulate our
President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who won the favor of our nation with his
success in the elections. Once again, the national will has been manifested in
Türkiye and our nation has made its choice with wisdom. May it be auspicious
for our country and nation.
In the second round of
voting in the Presidential Election, our nation has once again demonstrated
that our country has a strong and robust democratic tradition by protecting its
future and democracy.
The election period is
over.
Yesterday is yesterday.
Today is a time to say
something new.
It is time to better
understand how we have reached today, the 100th anniversary of our
Republic, and to work harder for a more peaceful, happier and more prosperous
Türkiye in the second century of our Republic.”
