The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu witnessed the wedding ceremony of Elif and Mehmet, the son of the late İbrahim Çağlar, former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB and 19th term Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITO. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Çağlar and Aydın families and wished the young couple a lifetime of happiness.
