The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his deep sorrow over the death of Kutbettin Arzu, a member of the General Administrative Board of TOBB, former President of the Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry and former Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, and prayed for Allah's grace upon Arzu and extended condolences to his family, relatives and the TOBB community.
