The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Tanju Bilgiç, who was appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Moscow, at TOBB Twin Towers. During the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu wished Bilgiç success in his new post.
