M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Union of Turkish Chambers of Commerce and Industry, attended the Council of Foreign Ministers meeting of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. At the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu conveyed the views and suggestions of the Turkic business world.
