and guide for women and young girls to encourage and develop entrepreneurship.
You are the most important example and role model in front of the entrepreneur
candidates. We need your vision and guidance so that new entrepreneurs can
emerge in Türkiye. We must make working and producing a goal in the second
century of our Republic. We sincerely believe that we will reach our goal of
determining policies and pioneering the development of entrepreneurship culture
among women in order to improve the women entrepreneur potential in our country
in terms of quantity and quality and to make it better equipped.”
- A strong woman means a strong society
Pointing out that women
who produce and labor mean stronger women and a stronger society,
Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that there is a need to walk together for a stronger
tomorrow. Stating that the first task of the committees is to highlight
successful women entrepreneurs as role models, TOBB President said: “We need to
ensure that other women say ‘if she did it, I can do it too.’ The repository of
entrepreneurship is our universities. We expect you to cooperate with the
universities in your province, establish entrepreneurship clubs and work
actively. Go and tell our university students and young girls how you have
succeeded. Women should be in all areas of life. Profession, hard work, success
and money have no gender.”
