The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Mayor of Kars Ötüken Senger in his office.

Hisarcıklıoğlu discussed joint cooperation issues with Senger and presented him the book Turks in the World War as a gift in memory of the meeting.
