The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Arslan Keleş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karadeniz Ereğli Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in his office.
