The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, issued a message regarding the passing of Zafer Şinasi Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akyazı Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressing his sorrow and condolences to the family of the deceased and the business world.

Hisarcıklıoğlu included the following statements in his message: “I am deeply grieved by his loss. He was a good person, a good friend. He was sick for a while. My dear friend Zafer Şinasi Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akyazı Chamber of Commerce and Industry, passed away. May the grace of Allah be upon him. My condolences to his family, relatives and our community. May his soul rest in peace and his place be heaven.”
