The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Prof. Dr. Şahin Mustafayev, President of the Turkic World Educational and Scientific Cooperation Organization (TWESCO) at TOBB Twin Towers.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Prof. Dr. Yusuf Sarınay, Rector of TOBB ETÜ, they talked about the history and cultural studies of the Turkic world.
