M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Okay Memiş, Secretary General of the National Security Council, and wished him success in his new position. TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç and TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz also attended the visit.
