The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Necmi Bulut, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce, who was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), in his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Necmi Bulut and wished Bulut success.
