On the occasion of May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who published a message, stated that youth and young ideas will ensure that the Republic of Türkiye will move forward rapidly in the race of civilizations. TOBB President
Hisarcıklıoğlu used the
following expressions in his message:
“While we are living
the anniversary of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's setting foot in Samsun and
lighting the fire of the national struggle, we realize once again how the
Republic of Türkiye was established and has come to this day in the face of
great difficulties and struggles; with feelings of gratitude and gratitude to
our beloved martyrs.
By gifting this
meaningful day as a holiday, Atatürk clearly demonstrated his trust in young
people. We have the same confidence and belief in young people that he had in
them.
We have to raise our
young people well, find jobs and solutions for them. This requires more
investment and more entrepreneurs. Based on this fact, we have to protect our
youth and pave the way for them together with the state, the nation and the
business world.
On the anniversary of
this meaningful day of our history, on behalf of the Turkish business world, I
wish May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day to be
blessed, and I once again remember our veterans and martyrs with gratitude.”
