Ledger:
“Great Leader Atatürk,
As the executives and delegates of the Union of
Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, we are here before you before our
81st General Assembly.
As the Turkish business world, we have set
ourselves the goal of investing more and working with all our strength in order
to create jobs and livelihood opportunities for all our citizens, to increase
our welfare level and our level of development.
We are aware of our duties and tasks. Our
private sector has never lost its entrepreneurial spirit and has never reduced
its appetite for trade and investment. This energy is the greatest support of
our strong belief in the future.
Dear Atatürk,
The Independence Struggle, which was carried
out under your leadership, with your comrades-in-arms and our great nation, and
our Republic established afterwards, is the most meaningful and valuable
heritage for us.
It is also our charge to preserve our Republic
forever and carry it to future generations.
Your trust is our honor, our greatest treasure.
It will endure forever.
On behalf of our community, we commemorate with
reverence and gratitude all those who contributed to the establishment of our
Republic and brought it to this day, and all those who put their lives on the
line.
May your soul rest in peace.”
