the subject, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “At the Congress, whose main theme is
‘Development in partnership with the business world, government and chambers,’
we come together with 1,000 business people from 100 countries at a time when
uncertainties in the world economy are increasing, protectionism and trade wars
are spreading: We will discuss the current state of the global business
environment, the opportunities and risks for the future, and the steps to be
taken for inclusive development. At the opening, I shared our World Federation
of Chambers vision and priorities for the period 2025-2028, while assessing the
challenges facing the world economy. Collaboration between business,
governments and chambers is critical for a more inclusive, resilient and
sustainable global economy.”
