M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Assembly of the Association of Balkan Chambers (ABC) held in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro.

The general assembly, attended by delegations from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye, and Greece, assessed developments in the world and the region.
