M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the 38th Akhism Week celebrations in Kırşehir together with Trade Minister Ömer Bolat.

Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that Kırşehir is an ancient city that keeps the memory of Akhi Evran-ı Veli alive and highlighted the importance of the “Şed Kuşatma, Apprentice of the Year, Journeyman of the Year, and Akhi of the Year Award Ceremony.” Stating that the Akhi culture is a philosophy that sustained and developed society in the past and should be kept alive today, the TOBB President explained that as an institution, they have made a significant contribution to the Akhi Evran Complex and are working to preserve and develop the Akhi culture.

Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I commemorate Akhi Evran-ı Veli with mercy and celebrate Akhi Week. I also remember ‘Bozkırın Tezenesi’ Neşet Ertaş with mercy and love on the anniversary of his death.”
