Applications for the new period of the TOBB Breath Credit, which provides financing opportunities to SMEs under favorable terms, will begin on October 2, 2025. The loan, provided in cooperation between TOBB, KGF, and banks, will carry an interest rate of 33% for terms up to 24 months and 32% for terms over 24 months. The loan will be interest-free for 6 months and have a maximum term of 36 months. A company can borrow up to 1.5 million TL. The total loan volume is 25 billion Turkish Lira.

The new phase of the Breath Credit, created to support SMEs through the joint efforts of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), and banks, will begin on October 2, 2025. All businesses that are members of chambers and exchanges affiliated with TOBB will be able to apply for the loan, which aims to provide SMEs with financing support under favorable conditions.

Businesses can apply for TOBB Nefes Kredisi loans at Halkbank, Vakıfbank, Ziraat Bankası, Denizbank, Garanti Bankası, Akbank, and Ziraat Katılım branches.

A company can use a maximum of 1.5 million TL in credit. Loans will have a maximum term of 36 months with no principal payments for 6 months. The loan will be provided at an interest rate of 33% for up to 24 months and 32% for over 24 months. The total loan volume will be 25 billion Turkish Liras.

In July of this year, the TOBB Breath Credit provided 30 billion TL in support to 23,515 companies.

- Access to financing problem

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the biggest challenge faced by SMEs is access to financing, saying, “The most significant problem our members are currently facing in the field is access to financing. In particular, the growth limit applied to SME loans makes it difficult to access credit. In such a period, we have created a source that will truly be a ‘breath of fresh air’ for our SMEs to protect their cash flow. Our goal is to stand by our SMEs in difficult times and keep the wheels turning. To this end, TOBB, the Credit Guarantee Fund, and banks have joined forces. We are launching the new TOBB Breath Credit on October 2. All companies that are members of the Chambers and Exchanges affiliated with TOBB can apply. WHO CAN APPLY?

Businesses that are members of Chambers and Exchanges affiliated with TOBB can apply for the TOBB Breath Credit.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Applications will begin on October 2, 2025.

CREDIT LIMIT

A company can use a maximum of 1.5 million TL in credit from the TOBB Breath Credit. The total credit volume will be 25 billion Turkish Lira.

PAYMENT TERMS

Loans will be offered with a maximum term of 36 months, with no principal payments for the first 6 months. The loan will be provided at an interest rate of 33% for up to 24 months and 32% for terms exceeding 24 months.

Applications can be made to Halkbank, Vakıfbank, Ziraat Bank, Denizbank, Garanti Bank, Akbank, and Ziraat Katılım branches.
