M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TOBB Economics and Technology University (TOBB ETÜ), met with students and alumni at the traditional ETÜFEST festival organized by the TOBB ETÜ Alumni Association.
