M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that Trade Minister Ömer Bolat, Islamic Development Bank President Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser, Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development President Abdullah Saleh Kamel, and Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs President Mehmet Musayev to evaluate the activities to be carried out under the B57+Group umbrella.
Commenting on the
meeting, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The share of OIC countries in our
exports reached 27 percent in 2024. The goal is to increase this to 30 percent
in the short term. Continuous dialogue between governments and the business
world is vital to achieving these goals.”
The 1st
Islamic Cooperation Organization Business Leaders Summit (B57+ Group) held in
İstanbul is an opportunity to enhance economic and commercial cooperation in
the Islamic world. Within the scope of the summit, our Minister of Trade, Mr.
Ömer Bolat, met with Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser, President of the Islamic
Development Bank, Abdullah Saleh Kamel, President of the Islamic Chamber of
Commerce and Development, and Mehmet Musayev, President of the Confederation of
Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, to evaluate the activities to be carried out under
the B57+ Group.
