The President of TOBB, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Bakir İzzetbegoviç, member of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Council in Sarajevo. Vice Presidents of TOBB, Halim Mete, Faik Yavuz and Murat Yalçıntaş also participated in the meeting which was held in Presidency of BiH.
Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that relations between the two countries are really important and the two nations are very close with each other. Additionally, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that “ We always support the investors to invest in Bosnia but they are hesitating due to the political instabilty.”
Member of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Council, Bakir İzzetbegoviç said that “Everything is very cheap in Bosnia, for this reason Turkish investors should start investing. There is a cultural tie between Bosnian and Turkish people. Turkish TV series have a large number of fans in the region and a lot of Bosnians would like to visit İstanbul. ”
At the end of the meeting, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presented a gift to Mr. Bakir İzzetbegoviç.
