“Service Quality Standards Awareness Meeting” was held in TOBB Social Facilities with the cooperation of TOBB Turkey Health Institutions Council and Private Hospitals Platform Association.
The meeting aims to provide guidelines to private hospital administrators on Service Quality Standards pertaining to new encoding and sizing practices and was moderated by Assistant Associate Dr. Mehmet Nurullah Kurutkan and attended by around 60 private hospital representatives.
Self-assessment, security report system, rational medicine use, code white, hospital’s compliance to service, patient’s first assessment and maintenance plan execution, shift switching, use of identifying figures, execution of NSHR (Non-Structural Hazard Reduction) and organizations needed to be made to accommodate the handicapped were among the topics in the meeting.
