The “TOBB Chambers and Exchanges Regulations” training which began with commodity exchanges between the 19th and 21st of February, 2014, and continuing with province chambers between the 24th and 26th of February, has been completed with the training of county chambers. Attending the training were approximately 200 personnel, half of them secretaries general, from 157 chambers of commerce and chambers of commerce and industry in 160 counties.
Giving the opening speech of the Chambers and Exchanges Regulations
training aimed at county chamber representatives, TOBB Deputy Secretary General
Ali Emre Yurdakul stated that 2014 would be a year of education and provided
information on the various trainings they have planned.
During the three days of training, presentations were made in regards to
the regulations of the Law Secretariat, Industry Directorate, Treasury
Directorate, Personnel Directorate, Work Health and Safety Directorate, Foreign
Trade Directorate, Trade and TIR Directorate, Insurance Directorate and Fairs
Directorate.
In order to pinpoint and discuss problems in the interpretation and
application of the Chambers and Exchanges Regulations, the training was held as
an interactive sharing platform.
