The Coordination Council for the Improvement of Investment Environment in Turkey (YOİKK) Orientation Committee, hosted by TOBB, convened to discuss its 2014-2015 action plan.

Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, the meeting was presided over by Economy
Ministry Undersecretary İbrahim Şenel.
Attending the meeting
were TÜSİAD Secretary General Zafer Ali Yavan, TİM Deputy Secretary General
İsmet Yalçın and private sector representatives comprised of YASED officials,
Ministry of Justice Deputy Undersecretary Hasan Dudaklı, Labor and Social
Security Minister Deputy Undersecretary Mehmet Selim Bağlı, Customs and
Commerce Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Sezai Uçarmak, Transportation, Maritime
Affairs and Communications Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Mustafa Fırat, Economy
Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Tarık Sönmez, Development Ministry Deputy
Undersecretary Cüneyd Düzyol, Treasury Deputy Undersecretary Mürsel Ali Kaplan as
well as officials representing Environment and Urbanism Ministry, Energy and
Natural Resources Ministry, Undersecretariat
of the Treasury, SPK, TÜBİTAK, Turkey Investment Endorsement and
Promotion Agency.
Speaking at the
closing of the meeting, TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz drew attention
to the contribution of YOİKK's 2014-2015 action plans to the private sector;
pointing out that action proposals of various workgroups are being formed to be
compatible with YOİKK's format; he went on to emphasize that every single
action proposal, an accepted total of 60, are concrete steps towards abolishing
obstacles for the investment environment.
