In May, a total of 2576 capacity reports, 1391 of them first time reports, were approved. Working at the 1391 establishments which filed capacity reports for the first time employ a total 46,614 people, with an average of 33 employees per establishment.

Highest average number of people employed among the new capacity reports were Kütahya with 216, followed by 207 in Şırnak.

The number of active capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey as of May 31st, 2014, have reached 71,031 with a total employment volume of 2,829,920.
