TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the unveiling ceremony of the Aydın Monument, built by the Aydın Municipality and Aydın Chamber of Commerce, and the opening ceremony of the new service building of the Aydın Chamber of Commerce.
Visiting the Aydın Chamber of Industry Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out the importance of industry, and stated “If you want to make a country richer, you must develop its industry. The reason for the crisis of our neighbor Greece is that they had no production. This is why Turkey does not have the luxury of ignoring industry.”
