TOBB – Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Memorandum of Agreement has been signed by TOBB Board Vice President Halim Mete and Islamic Development Bank Chair Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali.

The memorandum aims to develop cooperation between TOBB and IDB and covers the subjects of increasing trade with Organization of the Islamic Cooperation member states; strengthening private sectors in IDB member states; formation of training programs for Chambers of Commerce and private sector; increasing capacity of youth and entrepreneurs; promoting business matchmaking between Chambers of Commerce and private sector; developing cooperation for information and technology transfer; development of joint projects for the promotion of Islamic banking and finance in Turkey and the Balkans.
