M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Eduart Kasa, President of the Association of Road Transport Associations of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC-URTA) and Mehmet Uylukçu, Secretary General at TOBB Twin Towers. Consultations were held on regional transportation issues, especially the professional driver visa problem.
