The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) made a statement regarding the Breath Credit. As of today, 11,900 companies and a loan volume of 16.2 billion TL have been reached as follows:

“As of today, a loan volume of 16.2 billion TL has been reached in 11,900 companies in the TOBB Breath Credit, which was launched last week to alleviate the credit access problems experienced by SMEs.

In this loan package, our public administration has given approval for 25 billion TL, and until this amount is reached, the receipt of requests and the utilization of the loan will continue.

Within the scope of the TOBB Breath Credit, which companies will be granted loans and the approval of these loans is carried out by the relevant banks.

TOBB, Chambers and Commodity Exchanges do not have any authority in the selection of companies to be granted loans, approval or disbursement of loans.

Our request to increase this limit, which is insufficient after the high demand, has also been forwarded to the relevant authorities.

If our request is approved, this additional credit limit will also be made available to our SMEs.”
