The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, published a message conveying his sorrow and condolences to the family of the deceased upon the death of TEPAV Macroeconomics Studies Program Director and TOBB ETU Lecturer Süreyya Serdengeçti.

Hisarcıklıoğlu made the following statements in his message: “I learned with sadness that Süreyya Serdengeçti, former Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, TEPAV Macroeconomics Studies Program Director, TOBB ETU Lecturer, passed away. He was an important value that our country raised. I pray for the grace of Allah upon him and extend our condolences to his family and relatives. May his soul rest in peace and his place be in heaven.”
