	TOBB will construct a science high school and dormitory in Polatlı The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Polatlı Commodity Exchange will construct a 24 classroom Science High School in Polatlı, Ankara as well as a dormitory for 300 students. 	Instability is the greatest enemy of the economy The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Foreign Economic Relations Council held a dinner in honor of the USA Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano at the Çırağan Palace in İstanbul. Speaking at the dinner, TOBB Board of Directors Vice President Halim Mete said, “As TOBB, we have undertaken a project in order to increase regional trade and speed up border crossings as well as facilitating and making them safer. We have taken on the duty of the modernization of our customs gates with our neighbors on a build-operate-transfer model.
